My Philosophy
Christos Koumaradios is a lifelong seeker and founder of the online Academy TranquilSight. Born on May 18, 1990 in Athens, Christos has pursued a deep interest in mental health, spirituality and personal growth.
He studied counsellors of mental health in the Association of Learning by National institution of qualifications and went on to become a certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher through the KEW Academy/CTAA Accredited. Christos also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training with Yoga Alliance - RYS 200 and is a certified Mindfulness Master & Practitioner through the Academy of Modern Psychology. Christos is a qualified MBCT Practitioner from The Priority Academy/CTAA Accredited, and has dedicated his career to creating a better place for humans and the planet.
His philosophy centers around connecting with ourselves and the natural world in order to cultivate greater harmony, balance, and purpose. Through his work at TranquilSight Academy, Christos seeks to empower individuals to find their own path to a more fulfilling and mindful life, leveraging the power of ancient wisdom and modern techniques.

After 9 years of practicing Mindfulness & Meditation (2014). Christos has helped many people from different countries, change their lives through Meditation, Sessions and Retreats. His teachings and programs help people develop self-esteem, understand their emotions, find inner peace, take control of their thoughts and build ideal relationships starting from within.
